Clouds!
Seeing as most of Skyway Robbery takes place in a flying airship, I decided to look into how to make clouds as they appear in the storyboards. I'm also not sure if I should be using toon or realistic clouds. Likewise, I could resort to using PNGs from Photoshop, if I really had to.
Simple white balls could work as a solid clouds.
